HOA Landscaping

At the Reserve at Cordata, we take pride in maintaining a beautiful and welcoming neighborhood for all residents. To achieve this goal, we've contracted Dolan Dynamic Landscaping to maintain our community parks and the front lawns of our homes on Tremont and Cordata Parkway. With Dolan Dynamic on board, we ensure that every aspect of our community's outdoor spaces receives the care and attention it deserves.

Landscape Maintenance Annual Plan

Regular Maintenance Schedule: Dolan Dynamic will service our community on a weekly basis throughout the growing and dormant seasons, ensuring that our landscape looks pristine year-round.

Turf Care: Starting in March and extending to November or beyond, Dolan Dynamic will maintain our turf at a 2-inch cut unless specified otherwise. They will also handle bed raking during dormant months, line trimming around obstacles, and lawn weed management to keep our turf healthy and vibrant.

Plant Care: Dolan Dynamic will inspect and maintain all landscaped areas weekly, including weeding, trimming, and removing dead or overgrown growth. They'll prune trees and shrubs as needed, ensuring they're kept at manageable heights and distances from structures.

Irrigation Services: Dolan Dynamic will handle irrigation startup, monitoring, and blowouts, ensuring efficient water management throughout our community.
